My account is managed by debit card. I am in the process of handling a returns payment and this is shown as a pending item. There is also a visable debit amount on the Payal balance statement. There is a direct debit on my personal account which I cannot find the reference, ID, Gross or nett amount payable to Paypal on the Paypal statement . I have sight of EBAY fees but do not recall setting up any mandate.
