I doubt that you would qualify and I certainly would not pay more for possible increase in sales.
If buyers want what ou are selling they will find and buy. If you do not use BEST OFFER then add it to your listings.You don't have to accept any offers, can set to auto reject the very cheeky offers, and it can increase sales. Costs nothing to add, but gives the advantages of a BIN without any extra costs.
YOU NEED TO REGISTER AS BUSINESS SELLER. Buyers will not buy from a seller selling illegally as a Private Seller and also having NO RETURNS.
A proper business seller has to accept returns for any reason, and buyers can buy in Confidence that seller will deal with ANY problems.
