Cannot setup seller account

Hello, I'm trying to setup a seller account for our company and I have entered paypal and credit card but I'm getting this message and I can't do anything. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

You are in Greece,  try logging out of here,  and into www.ebay.com

Enter your credit card and Paypal details there,  see if that works.

Thanks for your reply. That's correct e are based in Greece but we want to sell only in the UK so we set up our account on eBay UK. Any other way to pass this trouble?
