I sold two pairs of earrings to a buyer. I didn't notice that one of the pairs of earrings had already been sold. This keeps happening that sold items end up in the this of unsold items and then is relisted. I apologised to the lady offering her another pair of earrings at a cheaper rate but she said she would be happy with a refund. Because one lady bought both earrings they put the cost together so I cannot refund her for the one pair of earrings. EBay has been bad since it took over from Paypal. The addresses for buyers is sometimes wrong and have to check every item. Suggestions please on how to refund the items which has been added with another item.
