Cannot redeem my Nectar points

I have Nectar points which I cannot redeem Error message reads  We're still processing your last request - it'll just take a moment.

The moment has lasted three days

Have contacted Nectar and they assure me nothing is amiss at their end so must be an Ebay problem

There does seem to be a problem materialising.

All I can suggest is making sure your ebay and nectar accounts are still linked.
