Cannot leave feedback for buyers with multiple wins

On a number of buuers who have had mutilpe wins on my auctions, I cannot leave feedback, following message appears.  Does not happen with single wins.  Has anyone encountered same, and if so, how to mresolve.  Thanks

You should be able to leave feedback for these buyers,

but as multiple feedback for same buyer/seller within 7 days only increases score by 1, don't worry.
