Cannot enter an auto decline value?

I've been through every single part of my listing and I cannot find anywhere where I can set an automatic refusal under a certain amount! I've even gone in to revise my listing, but nothing comes up! Have tried both my app and through the net on a laptop, but cannot find it on either device! Any advice?

Hi there,

You need the advanced listing tool. When you revise your listing you should see the option top right of the form to change to advanced.

The instructions are on this page, under Responding to offers automatically.  If you didn't want the best offer on at all, you can take it off. Ebay have recently decided that its a good idea to stick it on every fixed price listing and you only get the option to take it off on the advanced tool.
