Cannot delete item from watch list

Hi I have a watched item that refuses to be delted. It has been on my account for months. Every time I try to delete it it gives me a message that a new listing for a completely different item has been set up! The item I want to delete is 143339868764. Any ideas?

This usually works ... using  a PC/Laptop >> go to > My eBay > Open the Watch list page   > Tick the checkbox on left side of the item/s to be removed/deleted  >>> Delete tab  (at top of page) ... and then refresh page (F5 key) to stop the item/s reappearing.
