Cannot access PayPal account

Have tried all day to access PayPal account through account e bay. Nothing happening. Also have tried to end a listing since this morning, but cannot. Is this happening to other sellers out there?  I have reset my password too but still cannot access PayPal account. Help!

ebay have cut the link with paypal as they are rolling out the ebay managed payments.

Just go to the paypal site and sign in 

Google paypal

Ebay and paypal are separate businesses,

Are you on the ebay managed payments

Ebay take the payments and then take off their fees and put the remainder in your bank

We are all going to have to accept that as if we dont we can not sell on ebay
