Hi all,
I made a offer on a item and it was accepted. When I went to collect/view the item it was missing critical parts. The seller was happy to cancel the deal. How can it be cancelled as my basket and emails keep telling me to pay for the item
It sounds as though your seller didn't know how to cancel items properly.
