Cancelling an ordwr

I want to cancel an order as it is not how I thought it was when I was buying it. It won’t let me cancel my order myself, the seller is being awkward with it, I haven’t paid and it hasn’t been sent, what can I do? I want to cancel

buyer have no automatic right to cancel

You need to send a proper cancellation request

The seller does not have to accept and if they refuse then they can open a non payment dispute

Once closed you get a non   payment strike on your account

Two or more and you will not be able to buy off many sellers

Buying and then wanting to cancel wrecks the sellers listing and can cost them money
