Cancelling a sale

A few times someone's has won an auction or made an offer I've accepted and then decided to ask me to cancel order. It seems like I get charged a fee on the final sale price for these items that in the end the buyer changes there mind? Is this correct?

You should not cancel if they do not pay

You wait 4 days and then either ebay or you can cancel and get your fees back

If they have paid then you would have to cancel but they have to send a cancellation request

for you to agree to.

That way you get your fees back

If you have done it correctly then you get your fees back

If not then you pay the fees
