Cancelling An Offer

Hi, first time on here. I put an offer in for an item and I didn't look at the postage. The offer was accepted and then I realised it was collection only. I've tried to message the seller several times to see if he'll accept my request to cancel or to post the item. He's not replying to any messages. What else can I do?

the seller probably noted the very large number of retractions on your profile and has decided it would be better to follow the unpaid route.

How can you see my retractions? Where do I find my information?

Go to your 'feedback profile' and click on 'received as buyer' and to the right is 'Bid retractions (last 12 months).
