Cancelled auction-style listing before £1 max fees ended. What happens next?

Hi everyone , basically ive cancelled my auction (which i started during the £1 max fees promotion) and ive had to cancel it as the product ran into a problem , today. Will i be charged £1 which is fine or the usual 10%?

you cancelled bids and ended the listing

you will be charged 10% of the highest bid

Items have to listed during during the promotion.

As you cancelled it, if you relist will pay full 10%.
