Hi everyone 
The problem both me and the buyer are having is that i posted a Faux Sheepskin Coat to the buyer, but it got lost in the post? So i cancelled the item and she told me she had cancelled it too, she got her refund as it shows on my Paypal account as been refunded and she said thank you i have received it back ok. The thing is were both getting messages from ebay saying that it hasn't been cancelled and that i have to refund the buyer? This is the second time i've received this message, i phoned ebay a few weeks back and they said it had completely been cancelled altogether... I haven't received my fees back either?
Ps i just can't get to call anyone either now as this isn't listed..
