Cancell order

a a buyer had sellected the wrong button she ment to bid but pressed the by it now option so the money is now in my paypal account,she now wants to cancell the order and return her money. how do i progress.

All you can do is to refund

Go to more actions to the right of the item and on the drop down list Cancel Order

Buyer requests to cancel

Aloow ebay to refund from your paypal account

You get your final value fees back and no defect on your account

Do not just refund through paypal as you will pay the fees and a defect
