Canceling order

Hello.

I sold epilator instruction book for 0.01£ + delivery 5.75£ (with signed for option from Lithuania). After purchase buyer messeged me that he want to get epilator. He don't paid yet.  I said him, that he won only instruction book for epilator as it was stated in auction listing. Now he messeged me and ask me to cancel purchase. Question - if I cancel purchase will I get a defect from ebay and will buyer able to leave me negative feedback?

It is up to you but if they dont pay then it should be a non payment.

For that amount of money I think I would cancel sBuyer requests to cancel

I dont know why you ever listed it like that or some of your other items

You will be out of pocket on some of them

Your postage prices are very high and the start prices low. How long is it since you sold?.

It looks like the old way of low prices with high postage to avoid fees.

Do you realise you will pay the ebay fees on the item amount plus the postage.

UK is not in Euro Union already, hence postage price is more expensive than it was early. I always ship items with signed for delivery options. In this price I also included postage letter. Anyway I don't want have any deal with these buyers who wanted to get new device for 1 pence.

As per ebay rules - buyer need to send a cancellation request. If a buyer messaged me to cancel, is it request as cancelation? I agree to cancel. I don't want negative feedback and defect from ebay.  Or maybe forget this and do nothing? Any ideas?
