I have been trying to cancel a bid I've made on a lamp after noticing a problem. I have made several attempts to contact the seller but he has only replied once to say that he didn't know how to do it, I messenged him back to tell him how to do it but it's not happened, and after a couple more messages no reply. It is close to the item sale time 12hrs. Could someone please advise
