I gave bid an item after that i have changed my mind so i contact the seller and requested please cancel my order I don't need this item but he didn't agree and now I have won that bid but I don't want to buy this item so what should I do now.

Seller can now start an Unpaid case, and you will get a Strike.

Sellers pay to list and sell on Ebay, if you don't want something then don't bid as you will end up being blocked by sellers.
