Cancel order

Hi my sister bought something as a guest and I'm trying to cancel it and it will not let me log in or do anything to cancel it I tried contacting the seller and it won't allow me I want the order cancelling and have my money back the order number is, 274006907388

Buyers dont have an automatic right to cancel items they have bought

It was bought and paid for so the seller may probably send it 

If you dont want it when it arrives then you can request a return but you can only 

do that if the seller has Returns accepted on their listing

If they dont then they can refuse.

Buying and wanting to cancel wrecks a sellers listing

Why are you trying to cancel

If your sister bought it then it is down to her to sort it out
