Cancel item

I have asked the seller to cancel the order,
Because the seller could not confirm an estimated delivery date, which invalidates the add on the purchase..

The estimated day of delivery should be on the listing

You can ask the seller to cancel but the seller does not have to

 

Have you paid

If you have and do not get the item then open a not received one day after the latest estimated day of delivery

 

If you have not paid then they could open a non payment dispute and you would get a non payment strike on your account
