Cancel a live bid on my auction due to previous non payment

I want to cancel a single bid on one of my auctions from someone who failed to pay for my other items they have previously bid on. Thanks

Add them to your blocked bidder list so they cannot come back again.

On that link i sent.....click on the bit towards the bottom which says blocked bidder list and add their username to it.

I would also click on buyer requirements and stop anyone from bidding on your items that have 2 unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months.
