Cancel a bid

I recently placed a bid and won. However, I did not notice that the item was for collection only.  After communicating with the seller I have declined getting the item as I am unable to collect. 

I am struggling to cancel the item so the seller can entertain different bids. 

How to cancel item?

YOU can't cancel, it is up to the seller to cancel. You have to send the seller a request to cancel, he uses the reason "Buyers Request" Once he has done this he can relist or make a second chance offer if there is already an under bidder.
