I bought off a seller a while back and never received the item. They promised to send again and failed so I put in a request for a refund which I received but now the seller keeps contacting me asking if I can change my negative feedback and have I received my item?. I have told them to stop bothering me and their response was to let them know if I received the item.
It's harassment and I want them blocked? Is it possible?.
