Can't pay

I have sold an itme on ebay and the buyer is saying they can't pay me as the 'pay now' option isn't lit up.

I've checked everything is ok at my end - any ideas?

If the item is showing as sold in your selling section then you could always send the buyer an invoice.

If there using an ebay app on a mobile device then they probably need to update the app,or use a computerto pay
