Can't leave feedback

I leave feedback but at the end it comes up with  "oops something went wrong"   this has happened 5 times now - same item - obviously something is wrong with the page again - are ebay fixing this or will this item live in my feedback area forever like some of the "hide items" do

The leaving of feedback is forever glitchy on eBay's site,  most probably one of the reasons why they give us 60 days in which to leave it.

It's just a case of ' please try again later'.  Or,  you can try this,  click on your feedback score,  then near top of that page click on the link feedback forum.  On the right you will see ...  Leave Feedback,  see if it will allow you to leave it from there,  and use a laptop / PC /browser to manage this,  and not the eBay app.

There are often glitches and it is trial and error to find a solution 

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer 

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

If you are using the app then it is not at all good with many problems so try another device like a computer

You could sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay.com and see if you can leave it from there

Dont forget to sign out of .com and back into ebay.co.uk

It does not seem to be a problem affecting everyone> I have no problems leaving feedback
