Can't find old order in purchase history?

Within the last 3 months I purchased some welsh ivy screening. I now ned to order more that matches but can't find the transaction in my purchase history ?

There was a query with the quantity received that went to Ebay notifications of ' not received as decribed' but can't find anywhere to access that either ?

Help!!

Your eBay “Purchase History” goes back to the current year plus two more.

Go to your “Purchase History” and click on the little down arrow where it says, “The last 60 days”. That should bring up more options.

If you still cannot see the transaction there then log into your PayPal account and look there. Records may go back further but details will be minimal.

If you opened a case in the “Resolution Centre” then look there.

Closed cases should be at the bottom of the page.

Hi and thanks . By checking paypal I found the date of transaction but not
trace in my Purchase History in Ebay of anything on that date ?
