Hi, I bought an ice box that was posted wrapped in plastic without a box. Unfortunately it arrived badly broken, the corner caved in. I cant add photos because it says file size is too large . Does anyone know how to fix it?
You don't have to send any Photos. Is often a delaying tactic by the Seller. Ignore him and deal with Ebay. Escalate your Case after 4 days. Ebay will Force the Refund.
