Can't add a note to a watched item

Every time I add a note to a watched item, it disappears when the screen is refreshed

After writing the note are you selecting SAVE ( that is on the Seller Hub), and exactly the same on the Classic Pages.

Yes , the comment initially appears on the watched item, but when the screen is refreshed it disappeared - but it has reappeared now - spooky and it's past Halloween!!! Thanks for responding
