For a week or so now I can't seem to be able to access any of my past (or current) order information. The only thing I get when entering "My ebay" is a "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." notifocation. Because of that I'm unable to manage any of my past orders, submit feedback etc.
It happens both in the "Summary" section:

What device are you using? An app or phone? Ditch those and switch to a laptop / PC. These are best to manage your eBay account fully, the app and phones are always full of glitches and problems.
