How do I go about getting money back? My order on EBay isn't showing on the purchase history yet it's been paid for via paypal?

The seller may have been suspended by ebay and the item withdrawn.  You can open a "not received" case with Paypal - here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
