Can anyone help! Counterfeit item Refund over 90 days old

Folks, can anyone help....I bought a KMC bike chain back in Feb/March, it was a quality chain, expensive and has snapped several times....so I was suspicious and went to the manufacturer who confirm that it is a counterfeit (not ideal on a bike from a safety perspective!)....how can I get a refund as it's over 90 days old....and I've had nothing back from the seller ( a business seller)??

if it's withing 180 of payment by PayPal and you can supply written proof of fake you might get a refund via a PayPal case.

Failing that as they are a business seller speak to CAB regarding getting trading standards involved.

eBay have nothing to do with a PayPal case - Go to your PayPal account > at top click on 'help' and enter 'resolution centre' in the search . Click on 'visit resolution centre' > click one blue ' resolution centre' link and use big blue 'report a problem' and find the transaction.
