Can I report a seller

I won 2 items at auction the seller refunded my winning bid and relisted the identical items can I report them

I left feedback and eBay have removed it but seem to have left the negative against her account.

No need to,   they have gained themselves two damaging defects for their account ,  and paid a seller fee  for not completing those transactions for you.

It does not take too many defects to close a Private seller's account down permanently,  eBay do not like unhappy buyers.

They marked the reason for cancelling as my email address having something wrong with it which is simply untrue, they won’t have to pay any fees though as eBay will assume this is true

Aaah yes, ' problem with buyer's address' is one way of getting those seller fees refunded, so you can if you wish, call eBay Customer Support from the help & Contact tab above , and explain to a CS agent that there is nothing wrong with your address it is correctly registered, and the above penalties will then be applied to the seller's account. @65dawn65

Two negative feedbacks and poor star ratings might teach the seller a lesson. Just say "Seller did not honour the transaction" then there are no reasons for it to be removed.
