Can I appeal for a refund?

Hello, I am after some help about a purchase I made. I want to appeal the refund as the item doesn't fit properly. I have requested a refund from the seller however they have refused and closed it. I want to appeal it as its alot of money to me and I feel a bit let down

Buyer remorse because a garment doesn't fit is not covered by eBay's money back guarantee.

What counts is the seller's returns policy, which will be stated in the listing. UK business sellers are required by law to accept returns, although you would have to pay for the return postage. Private sellers don't have to, unless they state otherwise in the listing.

If the seller accepts returns, you can open a return request through the resolution centre.

If you have already done this, and the seller refused it because they don't accept returns, there's nothing you can do. You accepted this condition when you bid for the item.
