 We told you about the eBay rumour in this week's email, and now the deal is live. Just enter the special code at the checkout to get 20%  off a £20+ spend at ebay. The code is only available for use until 10pm on Thu 22 Oct and you must pay by PayPal. It's limited to one use per account, but you can use it on multiple items (you must check them out at the same time).

Don't know if this the correct place for my post but I've got to get it out of my system!  🤔

I find it absolutely unbelievable that more people are NOT complaining about the CUKFLASH code not working.  I've escalated my concerns to Customer Support but don't hold out much hope of eBay refunding the £20 I would have saved had the code worked.

I had 2 items in my basket.  Went to checkout, put in the code all OK.  However after completing the purchase, the 20% was only used  against one item! 

Having looked at the order in my purchased items, both items are there but only one paid for!  The other was waiting to be paid.

I wrote to the seller but they had received no payment nor advice that the item had been bought.  I've had to "re-buy" at full cost.

I'm absolutely outraged that a multi billion pound company like eBay cannot put right, even out of goodwill, a £20 error that they made.
