hi, I just ordered a jacket, and I ordered because the 20% promo was tempting, however when I checked out the code did not work and the order was placed for the full price, the jacket was for £18, this promo was open to everyone and what I ordered meets the criteria so why did the code not work?? Can I get 20% back?? It's already checked out and I have no idea why it did not work! I feel so bad !
