CUK20 Promotion Code Not Working

I have keyed in the 20% discount off promotion code on the checkout page, saw the discounted payment amount on the checkout page and it turned out that I paid fully according to PayPal/eBay receipt.

I really hope eBay can resolve this ASAP 😞 😞
