HI ALL.
SINCE I CHANGED OVER TO PAYING EBAY BY DEBIT CARD AND NOT PAYPAL, I HAVE EXPERIENCED SERIOUS SECURITY PROBLEMS.
ON TWO OCCASIONS WHEN LOOKING TO BUY AN ITEM, I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE I WANTED.
HOWEVER, AFTER PURCHASSING THE ITEM, I THEN LOOKED IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY ONLY TO FIND THAT OTHER SIMILAR ITEMS HAD BEEN PURCHASED AS WELL. THE OTHER UNWANTED ITEM WAS ONES I HAD LOOKED AT EARLIER.
THIS HAPPENED ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASION WITH TWO ENTIRELY DEFFERENT ITEMS.
I HAD TO CONTACT THE SELLER TO CANCEL THE ITEMS THAT I DID NOT WANT AND DID I NOT PURCHASE.
THEN ONE HAD SUPPOSEDLY BEEN POSTED.
THAT MEANS I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SELLER TO TRY TO CANCEL THE DELIVERY AND IF HE CAN NOT, THEM I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THIS VERY LARGE ITEM. AT GREAT COST.
THIS IS BEFORE I CAN GET ANY REFUND FOR AN ITEM I DID NOT PURCHASE.
PLEASE, HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM.
I HAVE NOW RETURNED TO PAYING BY PAYPAL. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH PAYPAL
PS. I DID NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ITEMS IN MY BASKET.
I MAY HAVE HAD OTHER PAGES OPPENED WITH SIMMILAR ITEMS ON, BUT I DEFFINATELY ONLY PURCHASED ONE OF THE ITEMS.
