CANCELLING AN ORDER: A buyer purchased and item and paid for it. Almost immediately, she asked to cancel the order. I refunded the Paypal payment and then tried to cancel the sale to relist. It just keeps coming up that it cannot be cancelled at this time. Can anyone enlighten me, please?
