I know that ebay do have a policy of banning serial abusers of the money back guarantee, but I would be surprised if a couple of NAD returns would trigger anything like this.
I think to be on the safe side if it was me I'd take screenshots of the items in question, and of the case details. I have no idea if this would provide evidence if the worst came to the worst, but would do no harm.
