I have tried to do this in the past when a buyer said it was too expensive , but couldn't alter listing once there was a bid placed, Yet a Russian buyer just managed to do it by using a third party shipping company , I have cancelled the sale & refunded the Russian who was eleven days late in paying anyway,I not deal with third party shippers only The GSP
