Buying unseen.

Seller lives local to me. I wanted to meet locally to view the item to see  its condition, obviously ebay assumed   that I may leave them out of the transaction and appear to have blocked my messages. Apparently I need to buy the item and appeal via ebay if I have any problems.

There is no reason at all to contact ebay or appeal. As said you pay cash after you have satisfied yourself that it is as described as YOU WOULD NOT BE PROTECTED by the Money Back Guarantee.

You need to buy but not pay. You pay in cash when you have inspected the item and are happy with it.
