Buying restriction

I have had a restriction put on my account, so I can't bid. I can only ' buy it now'.  This is driving me crazy and have been going round in circles trying to resolve or even find out the reason why.  And I cant find anyone to talk to. 

has anyone had experience with this, or know where I can call. 

Any suggestion welcome

from a V frustrated user..... for nearly a year now.

Hi, thank you but I have already read this and gone through it all. And it cant seem to lift it. I think the reasonit was put on was this ... 'You're new to the site, and are making a lot of purchases or buying expensive items You've suddenly and significantly increased your bidding or buying activity' but despite checking I can get it lifted or cant speak to someone to see why I can get it lifted. It so frustrating, I keep missing out on items I want to bid on, only small things for a few pounds but that is beside the point. How can I get to speak to someone? Thanks for trying to help.
