Hi a buyer is trying to buy and item buy keeps refusing to let them buy or make offers but i got a friend to try make an offer or buy and it works (did not buy and pay) buy still works

check your buyer requirements,

go to:-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> site preferences >>> Buyer requirements activity log

to see which of your blocks is stopping him

then if you want to let him buy go to :-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> site preferences >>> buyer requirements >>> edit

and either change your blocks or add him to your exemption list :-
