Hi I bid and won an item but when looking at the seller they had only one feedback and it was for the same exact item with negative feedback stating scammer. As a result I requested to cancel the auction 10 minutes after wining it.
I advised the seller that due to there feedback and the fact its the exact item i didnt want to proceed, they proceeded to give me excuses about been a minor and needing the money for there parents. I still wished to cancel so requested so in ebay, they then rejected the cancelation saying the item had shiped but the sale ended around 11pm so this wasnt true. They have advised me they havent recieved the money from Paypal but i can see they have. They have now created another account and listed the item again but stoped replying to my emails.
Si when i contacted Ebay they just advised me to wait untill the item doesnt arive and start a case, but if they read the emails they can clearly see it isnt been sent........is this really how poor Ebay operate I cant call them and it apears online support is always ofline support.
