I recently purchased a pair of sparring gloves. In the listing there were photos of pairs of gloves, the phrase '2 x' and the word 'gloves'.
There were options for multi buys: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. I chose '1' as in one pair. Sparring gloves are used in pairs.
When the parcel arrived, there was only glove. That's despite the item number I purchased clearly saying 2X. The seller has also increased the price. He keeps fobbing me off. I can't find a way of reporting this issue to eBay. Any help would be gratefully received.
Looks like you bought from a Chinese Seller. They can be very underhand with descriptions. The extra Cost you Paid would be Import Vat. You can Open an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step In.
The Seller is shipping from a London Warehouse. He should provide a Returns Label through the Case to that Address. You only Post the Glove back there. Not China.
Best to avoid them as Buyers are now Charged Import VAT when Buying from them. Even from a UK Warehouse because the Seller is Registered in China.
