Buyers restricted to only 1 purchase per 10 days

Hi please can someone help, our charity is new to listing on Ebay and some of our buyers are complaining they would like to bid or purchase more than one item.  However they state ebay settings only allows them to purchase one item and have to wait 10 days before they can purchase again?  Has anyone else come across this and how do we get rid of it.  Any help would be much appreciated.  thank you, Sharon

You have inadvertently,  set this in your Site preferences.

To do this you need to go to Got to My eBay >> Selling >> Account tab >> >> Site Preferences >>  Buyer Requirements >> scroll down and you will see the block that is buyers cannot buy ** amount of items in ** days,  amend there.

You will need a web browser, and not the eBay app to manage this.

The block is put in place  to stop members buying a multitude of items from one buyer and then trashing their account with bad feedback.
