I have never had a problem before, but two weeks in a row a buyer at auction has not paid or replied to contact. There is no help on ebay apart from cancelling items. If you do this, you cannot leave feedback. I see one person had done this before, but also paid for another item the same day, yet had 100% feedback. Wondering if there is some communication problem, or just bad customers.
