Oh have noticed that PayPal no longer put the buyers email on the notification of payment. A couple of weeks ago, there was a phone number so I had to phone the buyer as she failed to respond to messages. This is not ideal. And now there is no phone number either.
i need a customer phone number to book a courier as the parcel size exceeds Shutl’s courier options. Outside couriers ask for a customer phone number.
i explained this to the buyer and I think she got the wrong end of the stick or did not read the full message. She said she was going out and failed to give me her details.
so my question is, how the hell am I supposed to get this info. Surely others have found this to be a hurdle. Not all buyers reply to messages either, as I have experienced.
onviously without this info I can’t book the parcel unless the buyer replies.
