Does anyone know where to find the buyers e-mail address now please? I was a user and big fan of the old 'classic view' in Selling. It used to show the buyers e-mail address which I then used when I ordered my Hermes parcel labels so they can notify the buyer of the tracking information and ETA. Now eBay have switched off the classic view I can't find it anywhere.
After purchase all contact details can be exchanged, so just contact your buyer, explain the reason why you require their email address, for them to kindly provide it for you.
I don't believe it is available anywhere due to recent GDPR rules.
